Memorial Day 2010


WOD

"The Seven"


Seven rounds for time of:
7 Handstand push-ups
115 pound Thruster, 7 reps
7 Knees to elbows
225 pound Deadlift, 7 reps
7 Burpees
7 Kettlebell swings, 1.5 pood
7 Pull-ups

Cut off time: 30 minutes

On Ramp Day 3: 7:30pm tonight

We're not going to be able to teach you guys rowing yet, but we'll get one soon enough. Until then, check out the technique to get the idea going in your head.
